Prevent Child Abuse NC receives $795,000 Grant from The Duke Endowment
Prevent Child Abuse North Carolina has received a $795,000 grant from The Duke Endowment to fund child and family well-being. The Duke Endowment grant will allow PCANC to continue providing implementation support for the following evidence-based parenting programs: The Incredible Years, Strengthening Families, and Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) across North Carolina. These programs strengthen families by offering strategies for parents and caregivers to learn parenting skills and build connections with one another for support.
