c. Encourage fans to send in photos of themselves with their Kids First license plates.

d. Encourage fans to send in photos of creative Kids First license plates they see (be sure to remind them to ask the owner’s permission before taking the photo).

Hold a Facebook event or contest

a. Host a “Kids First License Plate” week or month event. Encourage your fans to join your event by purchasing their own plate and inviting their friends and family members to do the same.

b. Host a photo contest

 i. Invite your fans to send in photos of themselves with their license plates. All entries can be put in a drawing for a prize or you can invite fans to vote on their favorite plate.

ii. Invite your fans to share a photo of their license plate in a creative setting (could be one that represents their business, community, area of the state, etc.) and ask fans to vote on the most creative.

c. Host a “Get the Word Out” event. Ask fans to encourage their co-workers, friends, and family members to purchase license plates and announce their purchase on the event page. The fan or organization that gets the most people to purchase a plate gets a prize. 

Share your efforts

a. Snap a picture of you and your coworkers spreading the word about Kids First plates, from putting up posters to driving with their own plates. As people see this as a growing effort, they will want to become a part of it.

b. Invite your fans and supporters to share photos of ways they are spreading the word about the plates.
