It is the responsibility of the registrant to confirm that the registration and payment (if applicable) have been received by the deadline. An automatic confirmation will be generated for each registrant upon successful completion of the electronic registration form.
Cancellations must be received no later than seven days prior to the training. All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 20% of the registration cost. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the training. It is the responsibility of the registrant to confirm that the cancellation notice has been received by Prevent Child Abuse North Carolina.
We regret that refunds cannot be made in cases of last-minute illness or emergency. However, another participant can attend in place of the registered participant at no additional cost. Please see “Substitutions and Changes to Registration” above.
In the event that the training is filled to capacity, refunds may be available with less than one week notice if another paying participant registers prior to the start of the training. This can in no way be guaranteed, and you will not be notified of such until after the training.
If a training is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will notify you by email within 24 hours of the training. If weather becomes bad during the training, the choice to stay or go is at your personal discretion.
If a training/webinar is cancelled due to weather, we will reschedule. You will be informed of the new training date by email and will automatically be registered. At that time, you will have the choice to attend the training on the new date, cancel your registration with a full refund if you cannot make the new date, or move your registration to a future date.
We regret that refunds cannot be made if the training takes place and you do not attend.
